Fasteners can be found in almost every industrial sector, for building construction,
equipment manufacturing or automotive applications, where fasteners are an important assembly part.
Screw and screw nut are the classic fasteners which have to last
to high mechanical stress without getting damaged or any other defects.
Gears must stand also high mechanical stresses. Modern gearboxes
have to overcome this type of issues without any problem. In order to have high
quality parts you also need high quality equipments.
For manufacturing these elements, the product must go through
several processes as the hardening process, the quenching and annealing process.

Specifications of the line:
Washing machine
- Tank is attached with heater to supply hot water with preheating zone in
the carburizing furnace, this saves electricity;
- It is equipped with oil and water separator and a strong air blower;
- Tempering oil staining on the object under treatment can be reused after delivering back to the tank.
Hardening furnace
- Electricity saving: adopts high tensile calcium silicate board, ceramic
fiber board, heat resistant material for high performance;
- Operation: adopts automatic control to save manpower;
- Quality assurance: equipped with a variable step stirring fan to get uniform temperature for a high quality;
- Gas: adopts gas generators or methanol decomposition to stabilize gas and to ensure the quality;
- Stability: CP value tolerance ± 0.03% (carbon potential), temperature uniformity ± 5°C;
- Adopts self lubricant bearings;
Quenching tank
- Adopts board type heat exchanger to control rapidly the temperature of oil or water;
- The injection cooling system is in the tank, the speed of injection can be adjusted
freely according to the size of workpiece;
- The tank is equipped with a filter for filtering the dirt and protecting the heat exchanger;
Continuous hot blast tempering furnace
- Heater adopts up-down design to get uniform temperature, has a long service life and a low faulty rate;
- The stirring fan inside the furnace makes uniform temperature which is very important for a good hardness;
Double layer dyeing tank
- Energy saving equipment, makes use of tempering heat for dyeing;
- Adopts high-efficiency heat exchanger to prevent fire caused by overheated oil;
- Uses a double layer type dyeing tank with circulation pump, the color of dyeing can be optional.
Capacity of the main furnace:
- Treating capacity of middle or high carbon steel in Kg/h from 124Kg - 1980Kg (26 working days a month);
- Treating capacity of low carbon steel per month between 30t-1650t;
- Maximum power consumption between 177KW and 1175KW;
- Length between 25495mm and 43430mm;
- Belt width between 400mm and 1200mm;
- Height inside (above belt) 100mm;
- Length of the heating zone from 3000mm to 12000mm
Capacity of the quenching tank:

Crucible type annealing furnaces
We offer also endothermic gas generators, different types of
feeding systems, ammonia cracking units, belt type furnaces, crucible type furnaces,
car type furnaces, O2 measuring systems, gas analyzing systems and many other equipments.
Crucible type annealing furnaces
Application:
- Shperodizing annealing and bright annealing for middle/low carbon wire
material, annealing of steel belt, heat treating of copper and light alloy metal;
Features:
- Adopts a O2 control system;
- Automatically controls carbon volume;
- Temperature control system and it can lead in protective gas automatically;
- Temperature range from 200°C-850°C;
- Used gases N2 and propylene (or methanol based gases);
- Working capacity from Ø2600x1800mm to Ø4000x3500mm (effective dimensions);
- Capacity from 5000 Kg to 30000Kg in one batch (can be also custom made);
- Power consumption from 324KW to 800 KW;
Specifications of the bell type furnace:
- Shperodizing annealing and bright annealing for middle/low carbon wire
material, annealing of steel belt, heat treating of copper and light alloy metal;
Features:
- Heavy duty big agitation fan;
- High convection current circulation system to shorten the time line from
raising the temperature to uniformity of the materials temperature;
- Adopting a high performance gas burner, equipped with auto ignition system
and safety inspection system which insures a safety operation;
- Adopts a O2 control system;
- Automatically controls carbon volume;
- Can lead in protective gas automatically;
- Capacity from 18000Kg to 30000Kg in one batch;
- From Ø3500x2700mm to Ø4000x3500mm effective dimensions;
