Autoclavs pour éliminer le gaz

Autoclaves are machines, that are used to remove smallest bubbles (gas/air). The most frequent application is in LCD-Technology. Here, displays like LCDLCD (Liquid Cristal Display) or OLED (organic light emitting diode) are pressed using pressure and heat.
Nowadays an autoclave often follows a Vacuum-assembly-machine. With integrated ODF-Technology (One Drop Filling) high quality displays can be produced. However micro bubbles can arise during this procedure. The micro bubbles are not visible directly after the ODF process, but visible bubbles can be formed after some time. Using an autoclave can ensure, that no visible bubbles will be formed later and therefore quality and lifespan of the LCDs is increased noticeably.
The Autoclave can also be used in the production of Micro-LEDs.

We can offer a manual loaded Tank-Type machine, as well as an in-line capable STA Type from our Partner Shindo Eng. Lab.

Tank Type Autoclave

This Autoclave works with a compressed dry air (CDA) and removes air bubbles between layers by applying heat and pressure. According to customer requirements these are used onto the one side or both sides of the display. At the same time adhesion and appearance quality of the product are increased.

STA Type Autoclave

Like the Tank Type, this machine removes air bubbles using CDA und and increases adhesion as well as appearance of the product. In addition, it is an in-line type Equipment that can be applied to various product sizes according to customer needs.
